Customer List
Your customers appear on the home page of the site. You can see all of their information without having to search for it. When we designed this software, we had the contractor in mind. No one wants to hunt for information. Easy to navigate was a top priority in the design of the software.
Customer Information
Some customers have more than one property so we designed it to add unlimited properties to each customer. As you can see, this customer has 2 properties. You can click on the property and see everything about that property. Keeping everything organized and simple to use was a top priority.
Customer Property
You can add as many properties as your plan allows. We have a plan for your business. Enter the address, contract date, contract term, how it’s billed, upload the contract and also a picture of the property. It’s frustrating trying to find locations of properties by address alone. Having a picture of the property is helpful when looking for high rises or a property at night time. It’s also helpful being able to view the contract while at the customer’s property, if needed. That’s why we included an upload for it.
Property Map
You can use the interactive google map feature to see where your customers and properties are. When a technician is in an area and they are in between calls, you can quickly find where service contract customers are. You may be able to use them as a “fill in” between jobs. It works great when you have to send a technician to an area that is far away. If you add a maintenance call at the same time, it helps your bottom line. The more calls you assign a technician the bigger the profits. Productivity is key to your bottom line.
